I Can't Access the Platform

Google Chrome is the best web browser for the 6connex virtual platform. It will give the best access and performance. You can download Google Chrome here.


Before logging onto the Virtual Platform, please be sure you run the System Test located under the login button in the Already Registered box to ensure your device is ready for you to enter the experience. 


If your device passes the system test and you are still having trouble accessing the platform, please ensure the following:


  1. Are you using the same email you used to register for the conference? If you used the same email as another member of your family or group, you would need to contact the M.I.T. Support Desk for help adding your email. 
  2. Ensure that you have enabled (allowed) pop-ups:
    • Go to settings > site settings on your device to enable (allow) pop-ups.
    • If you are using an Apple mobile device, please go to your settings > Safari > scroll down to Block Pop-ups. Make sure it is turned to gray. This will ensure Block Pop-ups is off.
